The dashboard allows for direct access into the system functions through various portals such as rate shop, reports and the add shipment wizard. Our goal within each client solution is to minimize steps and eliminate waste within each of the supply chain processes.

Each user may have the capability to build, edit, schedule and use the public domain reports in real time. Information gathered during the shipment execution and freight audit & payment processes is available to users in real time. The data fields may be edited and formatted to each user's needs. Reports may be exported into Excel, CSV, PDF and Japser for download by each user.

Shipment execution can be conducted at the user or dock level. Solution requirements outlined within our business proposal and implementation process are utilized to configure the system requirements and allows for the point of execution to exist within the client's organization. Shipment execution can include shipment optimization, routing efficiency, bid board, spot quote and mode analysis.

Essential to maximizing routing efficiency is the capability to rate various pricing requirements such as cube, linear foot, point to point and hundred weight across all modes. We streamline the business processes associated with invoice audit, shipment record match, invoice resolution and carrier payment within each of our client's accounting departments. In addition to full visibility of our Freight Audit & Payment processes our clients have real time account reporting that includes shipment accrual and freight charge accruals for accounting period closings.
