Rick Hansen
Vietnam Veteran, retired from US Army after 21 years of active service and spending 15 years with the Army’s Logistics Group serving in Europe and the Middle East. Began civilian career with Boeing’s Logistics Contract Services managing Petroleum Reserve Facilities in Houston, TX. Became partner with Call Henry, a Contract Services Company that specialized in generation and procurement of governmental contracts and later joined Elite Logistics as COO and a primary shareholder developing equipment tracking systems for motor carriers.

Dennis Johnson
Vietnam Veteran, BS degree from Indiana State University with 20 years in various management positions within the Trucking Industry. Began career in the 3PL industry with MegaSys, Inc. as a minority owner. Retired in 2004 as the VP of Operations for MegaSys, Inc after the acquisition by Meridian IQ, a YRCW company.

Mark Kenczyk
Presently Managing Director at the supply chain consulting firm of Primoris Group International. Mark started his career at General Motors where he spent 22 years in increasingly responsible positions including executive level supply chain assignments at Isuzu Motors in Tokyo and the Toyota-GM joint venture in California. Other positions include former Vice President of Purchasing & Logistics at Philips Electronics in New York and former Senior Vice President of Purchasing & Logistics at Remy International in Anderson, Indiana. Mark is an active educator, teaching graduate level courses in operations management and entrepreneurship at two leading universities.

Bob Pyzyk
Senior Partner in the law firm of Niebler, Pyzyk, Klaver & Carrig.LLP in Milwaukee, WI. Practicing and representing individuals, business owners, banks and financial institutions for the past 33 years in all State, Federal and Appellate Courts in the state of Wisconsin concentrating on general litigation, including commercial litigation and transactions highly regarded by these courts. Bob is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, American Bar Association, State Bar of Wisconsin and Waukesha County Bar Association.

Larry Brandt
CPA, Tax Accountant based in Phoenix. A former CFO for large Midwest Distribution Company started and built a national marketing and distribution company before opening 3PL market in Western Region for MegaSys, Inc. in 1995. After leaving 3PL Business Development position began career in real estate with Coldwell Residential Brokerage earning prestigious International Diamond Society honors.
